“Diagnostic Study Feedback & Reflection Workshop” organized within the scope of Technical Assistance Project for Establishment of Eskişehir Design and Innovation Centre was held on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Park Dedeman Eskişehir Hotel.

Financed within the framework of financial cooperation of the European Union and the Republic of Turkey, under the Competitive Sectors Programme carried out by the Ministry of Industry and Technology and implemented by ATAP Inc.; Diagnostic Study Feedback and Reflection Workshop within the scope of the Technical Assistance for Establishment of Eskişehir Design and Innovation Centre, was held on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Park Dedeman Eskişehir Hotel with the participation of the representatives of the project stakeholder institutions and SMEs.

The opening speeches of the workshop attended by SMEs operating in the aviation, railway, machinery, automotive and white goods sectors in Eskişehir were made by Mr. Nadir Küpeli, Chairman of the Eskişehir OIZ Board of Directors, Mr. Metin Saraç, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ATAP Inc., and Mr. Kastytis Gečas, Project Team Leader. The programme was followed by “Needs of SMEs in Eskişehir; Consolidated Business Diagnostics Study” continued with the presentations of “Market Trends, Competitiveness Factors and Potential Impact of EDIC Services on the Development of Industrial Enterprises in Eskişehir” and “Technical Basis of EDIC Dedicated for Services to SMEs”.

Within the scope of the programme, ATAP Inc. General Manager Mr. Dr. Sedat Telçeken moderated the “EDIC’s Services in Eskişehir and Its Impact on SME Innovation” panel with the participation of Arçelik Representative Mr. Muhittin Danışman, Ford Otosan Representative Mr. Çağrı Yardım and GETHAM General Manager Mr. Onur Akar who shared their experiences.

In the afternoon session, our SMEs, who participated to the Diagnostic Study discussed the results of the study in groups and exchanged views.
