EDIC Staff Trainings were completed.

Within the scope of the Technical Assistance Project for the Establishment of Eskişehir Design and Innovation Centre, trainings were organized for EDIC staff. Four of the training courses, consisting of 8 modules in total, covered technical subjects, while the other four were on administrative subjects.

• Engineering and Innovation (Module 1. Design and Innovation, Module 2. Engineering, Reverse Engineering)
• Manufacturing (Module 1. Conventional, Non-conventional Manufacturing, Module 2. Additive Manufacturing)
• Computerized Engineering (Module 1. Computer-aided Design/Manufacturing/Engineering (CAD/CAM/CAE))
• Prototype (Module 1. Prototyping and Prototype Testing)
• Management (Module 1. Organisational Management, Module 2. Operational Management, Module 3. Training Management)
• Marketing and Human Resources (Module 1. Marketing and Networking, Module 2. Human Resources)
• Financials and Legal (Module 1. Finance Management and Accounting, Module 2. Legal Issues (IPR Management))
• Project Management (Module 1. Project Design and Management)

The overall aim of this training activity was not only to inform future EDIC staff, but also to create maximum personnel capacity to be able to implement EDIC activities that support Engineering, Design and Prototyping in SMEs. In order to strengthen the capacities of the staff in training activities, Master Class type training for the training of trainers will be also implemented. In order to provide better service to our SMEs, our EDIC staff continue to work.
